Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, booking systems, and messaging services operated by Massage Ultra LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including massageultra.com, footspaultra.com, and enterpriseultra.com. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Massage Ultra LLC provides massage therapy, reflexology, and wellness services at physical locations in Massachusetts. Our websites and online systems allow you to book appointments, manage your account, complete health intake forms, and communicate with our staff.

2. Account Registration

To book appointments, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide truthful health intake information to ensure safe and appropriate treatment.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Cancellation policies are set by each location and communicated at the time of booking.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointments and account. By opting in, you agree to the following:

• Message types: Appointment confirmations, reminders, account notifications, and customer care responses
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment and account activity
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at 844-862-7724
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate explicit consent. Opting out of transactional SMS may affect your ability to receive appointment reminders and account notifications.

5. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. All payment card transactions are processed through PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tips and gratuities are appreciated but not required.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by Massachusetts law (MGL Chapter 266, Section 75C). Gift cards do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

7. Health and Safety

You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information on your intake form. Our therapists may decline to perform certain treatments if they determine it would be unsafe based on your health history. If you experience discomfort during a session, inform your therapist immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Massage Ultra LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Massage Ultra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or websites. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Massage Ultra LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 93H and 201 CMR 17.00.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
